Are you accepting new clients?
Yes, we are accepting new clients.  If you would like to book a consultation or full session, please visit our contact us page.  

Do you offer free initial consultations? 
Yes, after a screening call, if there is a good fit, there is the possibility of having an initial 15 minute free of charge consultation to ensure there is a good fit between you and your therapist.

Do you offer in person and online sessions? 
Currently we are offering both in-person and online sessions so you can chose whichever option would work best for you.

Do you offer emergency / crisis services? 
Please note that were are unable to provide emergency or crisis services. If you are in need of urgent care, please present yourself at the ER of your nearest hospital or call one of the following numbers: Fraser Health Crisis Line (1-877-820-7444), BC Crisis Line (1-866-661-3311), or 911. 

Are your therapists licensed / Registered?
Yes they are in the territories in which they operate, credentials available upon request.

Can you direct bill to my insurance?
We do not provide direct billing to insurance. However, we can provide you with receipts to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Most insurance providers will provide reimbursement for sessions with a psychologist, but it is always the clients responsibility to check the details of their policy first. 

What are your fees?  
Our fees are $195 for a 50-minute individual therapy session. We accept a number of payment options, including cash, cheque, e-transfers, debit, and credit cards.  

Do you offer a sliding scale/reduced rates?
At this time, we are not offering any sliding scale therapy appointments.  

What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice require full payment.
