Are you accepting new clients?
Yes, we are accepting new clients. If you would like to book a consultation or full session, please visit our contact us page.
Do you offer free initial consultations?
Yes currently we offer an initial 15 minute free of charge consultation to ensure there is a good fit between you and your therapist, and answer any questions you may have. We will not however be able to provide actual therapy services during the free 15 minute consultation.
Do you offer in person and online sessions?
Currently we are offering both in-person and online sessions so you can chose whichever option would work best for you.
Do you offer emergency / crisis services?
Please note that were are unable to provide emergency or crisis services. If you are in need of urgent care, please present yourself at the ER of your nearest hospital or call one of the following numbers: Fraser Health Crisis Line (1-877-820-7444), BC Crisis Line (1-866-661-3311), or 911.
Are your Psychologists / Therapists licensed and or Registered?
Yes they are in the territories in which they operate, credentials available upon request.
Can you direct bill to my insurance?
We are able to bill directly in many casses, but it does depend on the insurance carrier. It's best to bring your insurance card with you to your first session, and your Psychologist/Therapist will be able to let you know if direct billing is possible,or you can give us a call or send us an Email and we will let you know.
What are your fees?
Our fees are $250 for a 50-minute individual therapy session with a Psychologist or $150 with a Registered Clinical Counsellor. We accept a number of payment options, including cash, cheque, e-transfers, debit, and credit cards.
Do you offer a sliding scale/reduced rates?
At this time, we are not offering any sliding scale therapy appointments.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice require full payment.
